🏅 Tier 1 – Supporter ($200)

Entry-level exposure — perfect for solo vendors & small local businesses.

  • 6’x10’ company banner displayed at events
  • Logo on event website under “Community Sponsors”
  • Verbal mention during opening announcements
  • Optional vendor booth discount ($25 off)
  • Certificate of sponsorship
“Thank You” post after the event tagging all Tier 1 supporters.

🥈 Tier 2 – Community Partner ($300)

Great visibility for mid-sized partners wanting more reach.

  • 6’x12’ event banner (prime placement)
  • Logo + website link on sponsor page
  • One social media shoutout (FB, IG, TikTok)
  • Include merch or coupons in giveaway bags
  • 1 free vendor booth space at one event

🥇 Tier 3 – Event Sponsor ($600)

  • 8’x10’ premium banner placement (main stage, trophy area, or check-in zone)
  • Their logo on all printed flyers and event signage
  • 2–3 dedicated social media mentions (before and after event)
  • 1 event booth space + ability to bring promo material
  • Shout-out in any press releases or community emails
  • Sponsor Spotlight post (dedicated post with logo, photos, and bio)
Let them name one mini-competition zone — e.g. “The [Sponsor Name] Target Challenge”.

🏆 Tier 4 – Title Sponsor ($1,000+)

The top dog — headline recognition across all platforms.

  • 8’x12’ banner in main zone (entry or stage)
  • Business logo included on all event materials (shirts, flyers, ads, trophies)
  • Featured logo on website homepage & sponsor page (with link + write-up)
  • Regular social media mentions leading up to events
  • Shout-out at every major event segment (opening, finals, awards)
  • Complimentary vendor booth at all events
